Hi TSF Family,
I’m so excited to begin Daniel fast this year that I couldn’t wait to check out this sight and prepare my home for this event. I know that the next three weeks will not be easy but I am anticipating the awesome things that God will do in the lives of those in TSF and in those around our country participating in the fast. Last year God moved incredibly in my marriage, my spiritual walk, and even in my relationship with my children. I can’t wait to hear the testimonies through this blog and on Wednesday nights. I’m praying that God will move mountains this year and reveal himself in ways I’ve never expected. I encourage you to pray like you’ve never prayed, worship like you’ve never worshiped before and anticipate your miracle. I know I am.

Hey Everyone,
So after church we went food shopping. My fridge lost about 10 pounds just with the amount of healthy food in it… LOL! Me and Freddy just read from January 1st – 3rd in order to catch up. We used my laptop and took turns reading, It was really nice. We laughed a lot together trying to pronounce some of those names… LOL!
We’re excited about the next 3 weeks. Last year we didn’t know what to expect, this year we have an idea but doesn’t make a difference – it wont be easy but we know that the rewards are immeasurable.
Just some advice: the first week is THE HARDEST. This is detox week so expect the headaches, the sleeplessness, and whatever else comes with it. I plan to just take it 1 day at a time.

Im out in the street watching some people and I was able to pray a bit and watch yesturdays Sermon. I read like three chapters (I couldnt put it down) for lunch I had a veggie burger salad (Boca brand from Pathmark)and I got to listen to some Christian music. It’s been great being able to just soak up God’s presence. I’m even happier that my 2 day headache is gone. LOL!! Hey guys my brother told me that you can make Chili with these veggie burgers (for those of you that like Chili)

I had the Chilie & The veggie burgers & yes they both were good. I like the veggie burger better than The chilie. But more than the new food the extra effort in surrounding myself with the things of God, awesome.
Hello everyone, well let me start by saying I’m feeling great. So starting fasting Sunday to get closer to God Not Expecting anything But Peace within myself, then this happened. Started getting Blessed Monday. In my business i need clients to get paid. i have plenty, but plenty are on vacation. So the first hour back at work from Vacation Two clients called me to tell me they wanted to join my club just to train with me, they came within hours joined and bought plenty of sessions. my co-workers were amazed on how I just got back and the same day sold over $2gs in sessions. ( sessions sold like this is not a norm) I told them thats God who takes care of his children,. There’s more, now here comes Tuesday. I Attend a meeting and get two more Blessing’s, a Top Performer Award and a Promotion. They are giving me the club I currently work in. Im like WOW God I have to Share these Blessings with my brothers and sisters in christ, Because you deserve all the Grace and recognition. Lets see what else happens to all who TRY to Follow in His Ways. God is Great. FYI, i found a place to eat its called CAFE VEG, 2291 Adam Clayton Powell Blvd,New York NY by 135th street, 212-491-3223. uuummm it was Good…

God is great! My 12 year old son continues to read the chapters assigned in the Bible Challenge. This is truly a miracle being that his father and I share custody and his father believes himself to be an atheist.
Whenever Michael comes home from his time with his dad trying to challenge me saying there is no God, my response to that is: “If there were no God, you would not be alive today. You were born at 5-1/2 mons, weighing only a pound and doctors gave you 3 days to live. God had other plans for you, so you better get used to it! And regarding your dad, while you were hospitalized, he knew my faith in God and told me to pray for you whenever you took a couple of steps back in your progress. For someone who doesn’t believe in God, he surely believed in something when he asked my to pray!”
I believe in the power of prayer! My God is an awesome God! My son was to have cerebral palsy being that he pulled the breathing tubes off himself at only 2 mons old while he was a preemie. It took drs 30 minutes to revive him. He was completely blue and I was told that he was going to have brain damage. Again, God had and has other plans for my son. Michael is a normal 12 year old boy!

Isaiah 58:1-12
1 “Cry loudly, do not hold back ; Raise your voice like a trumpet, And declare to My people their transgression And to the house of Jacob their sins.
2 “Yet they seek Me day by day and delight to know My ways, As a nation that has done righteousness And has not forsaken the ordinance of their God. They ask Me for just decisions, They delight in the nearness of God.
3 ‘Why have we fasted and You do not see ? Why have we humbled ourselves and You do not notice ?’ Behold, on the day of your fast you find your desire, And drive hard all your workers.
4 “Behold, you fast for contention and strife and to strike with a wicked fist. You do not fast like you do today to make your voice heard on high.
5 “Is it a fast like this which I choose, a day for a man to humble himself ? Is it for bowing one’s head like a reed And for spreading out sackcloth and ashes as a bed? Will you call this a fast, even an acceptable day to the LORD ?
6 “Is this not the fast which I choose, To loosen the bonds of wickedness, To undo the bands of the yoke, And to let the oppressed go free And break every yoke ?
7 “Is it not to divide your bread with the hungry And bring the homeless poor into the house ; When you see the naked, to cover him; And not to hide yourself from your own flesh ? 8 “Then your light will break out like the dawn, And your recovery will speedily spring forth ; And your righteousness will go before you; The glory of the LORD will be your rear guard.
9 “Then you will call, and the LORD will answer ; You will cry, and He will say, ‘Here I am.’ If you remove the yoke from your midst, The pointing of the finger and speaking wickedness, 10 And if you give yourself to the hungry And satisfy the desire of the afflicted, Then your light will rise in darkness And your gloom will become like midday.
11 “And the LORD will continually guide you, And satisfy your desire in scorched places, And give strength to your bones ; And you will be like a watered garden, And like a spring of water whose waters do not fail.
12 “Those from among you will rebuild the ancient ruins ; You will raise up the age-old foundations ; And you will be called the repairer of the breach, The restorer of the streets in which to dwell.
Isaiah makes clear what God expects from us when we fast. We are to help others and uphold justice. To avoid contention and seek peace is our goal in fasting, Lets purpose to do good to others during this fast , to find the poor and feed them, to find the hurt and heal it,To find the afflicted and comfort them. to avoid gossip and contention.God promises in return to Guide us,feed us,satisfy us,strengthen us and refresh us continually.This will enable us to rebuild fallen walls of family , community , marriage and church.The end result will be an environment not for people to survive in , but a place of thriving.
Daniel Fast Pizza
One package Whole wheat Pizza dough( Trader Joey)
one can Hunts spaghetti sauce (Mushroom and Peppers are my preference)
one cup red peppers
one cup green peppers
one cup yellow peppers
one cup cup mushrooms sliced( I use Portabello)
one cup red onion
one cup diced tomato drained
One cup sliced ripe olives drained
olive oil to drizzle
One head Coursely chopped Garlic
One package vegan meatballs(Veggie patch) sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to three fifty(350)
Roll out Dough to package instructions
Place on Pizza stone( cookie sheet is ok)
bake for 15 minutes till crisp
remove from oven
in a Skillet, saute onions ,peppers and mushrooms in small amount of olive oil salt and pepper to taste.drizzle olive oil on pizza crust . add enough spaghetti sauce to cover crust. add sliced meatballs ,pepper mixture, garlic and olives. salt and pepper as desired and back for an additional 30 minutes.
Can be assembled ahead of time and frozen, to be served at a later date
Over the holiday weekend–specifically Monday ( Martin Luther King Day ) JHOP will head out to Texas targeting the construction site of one of the largest soon-to-be abortion clinics. The facility will be on the very state where the infamous Roe v. Wade took place. Let’s storm all of heaven and shake hell with our prayers and intercession! Last night Lou Engle spoke on television about this and prior to that Candice text me about it. After seeing Lou Engle in Kansas City and hearing him talk about this I was moved with compassion. Anyhow, much love to all and stay strong and let’s keep praying for one another.

Thank you Lord that you have sustained us. Yesterday after an early doctors appointment, I was so hungry and DID NOT want the usual breakfast. While riding home from the city, I got a revelation “Mangu”. Oh boy, I was so happy about that. I got off of the train, went and bought myself a $3 container at Bohio on the Square and feasted yesterday for breaktfast and am sitting here finishing it up this morning – THANK YOU JESUS.
